Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join the team.
Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn - a Relais & Chateaux hotel - is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position: The Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent is responsible for the accuracy of all Castle Hill paperwork generated by the Restaurant, Hotel and Catering Point of Sale Systems. 2 overnight shifts a week (11PM-7AM) are required.

Essential Duties
- Inn Auditing
- Ensures all interfaces are online
- Monitors PMS
- Reconciles dining, gift card, and spa charges
- Reconciles catering revenue
- Reviews various reservation and in-house guest reports
- Ensures all system ledgers are in balance
- Ensures all paperwork is complete
- Restaurant Auditing
- Ensures Aloha system closes every night
- Responsible for preparing and delivering any late-night room service orders
- Responsible for preparing, setting up and maintaining coffee station in the morning
- General Tasks
- Understands emergency policies and procedures
- Takes room reservations
- Checks in and out guests
- Answers phone calls
- Provides exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Entry-level, prior experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
Skills & Abilities:
- Highly analytical
- Attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and POS systems
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
