Seeking applicants now for a Full Time Year-Round Restaurant Lead line cook/Kitchen Supervisor position for night shifts. Responsibilities include overseeing and helping to set up specific cooking stations, preparing food for the restaurant with ticket system, maintaining a clean work environment, controlling the flow of food to the expeditor and training and assisting the line cooks to produce orders.
The Kitchen Lead will ensure all company procedures, recipes, specs and operating guidelines are followed. Responsible to work closely with the front of house manager to ensure quality communication between front of house and back of house is maintained.
Generally shifts are 2pm - 10pm during core winter, summer and fall operations with some variation during spring and late fall - Overtime available during busy weeks throughout the year.
Must be able to work with a good attitude toward all fellow team mates in a fast paced environment. Previous restaurant line cooking, leadership and knife skills required. Ability to follow cleaning charts, prep lists, specs and sanitation procedures necessary.
