BRAVO! provides fully-integrated facility support solutions including janitorial, mechanical, electrical contracting, mail room support, day porters, concierge and maintenance services to the commercial office building market, education, healthcare, facilities, pharmaceutical and high rise residential. The Company is headquartered in Green Brook, NJ, providing services throughout 16 states with operating branch offices in DE, VA, AR and SC.
We have an opening for Operations Manager to join our growing team in the Bala Cynwyd PA area . This is a significant role requiring an individual with proven experience in effectively managing janitorial operations.
Requirements/Knowledge of:
Direct supervision of Janitorial staff
Commercial cleaning standards
Client relations
Budgets
Work schedules
Safety protocols
Employee hiring / training
Payroll
Performance management
Managerial: 3 to 5 years
Valid Driver's License
