Job Description:

K.W. Rastall Inc is a leader in supplying commercial and industrial customers in the New Jersey area with the very best diesel, gasoline, heating oil and petroleum products available today. K.W.R. has been in business for over 70 years growing with its customers in an ever changing market. We’re growing and actively hiring, looking for someone to oversee our Night Operations Team! The Night Operations Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager. This position provides overnight support to our drivers and customers. A successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize, control and manage the successful delivery of customer orders. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy and the ability to function in an electronic communication environment are essential. Prior dispatch experience and bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus!

The right candidate will possess the following qualifications for the position:

• Understand the importance and value of effective customer relations and satisfaction to the success of the business
• Positive attitude under stress conditions
• History of reliable work performance
• Excellent communication skills along with relationship building and planning skills
• Ability to make sound business decisions in driver deployment
• Prior Dispatching experience preferred
• Strong geographical knowledge of NJ and PA a Plus!

Your day to day tasks are as follows but are not limited to:

• Professionally handle incoming calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize, control and manage the successful delivery of customer orders
• Excellent computer and phone skills required
• Manager will delegate other tasks as needed.

· Monday-Friday work week with weekend shifts available.

· Start time is 5pm Sharp!
