Nonprofit Mid-Level Engagement - Account Representative

(humanitarian, faith-based, political/conservative, health and human services, and more) Synergy Direct Marketing Solutions, LLC, a Barberton, OH based consulting company, is seeking a professional, well-spoken, and extremely data/detail-oriented Account Representative. This person will support the “Mid-Level Engagement” telephone programs that Synergy manages on behalf of its nonprofit clients. This position reports to the Director of Mid-Level Solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in database (Salesforce) and file management (load files, quality control, export files, retrieve/process client files, analyze/interpret data & performance results, make recommendations to improve client programs)
• Monitoring calls, coaching, training, and overall quality assurance of Relationship Managers
• Enhance existing relationships between Synergy Relationship Managers and their non-profit
• Participate in client calls and meetings
• Make recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Update training materials and assist in documenting best practices, case studies, and business processes
• Review marketing materials from nonprofit clients/Share marketing materials with Relationship Managers

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior nonprofit experience cultivating donor relationships is a must! (knowledge in mid-level donor strategies preferred)
• Prior experience managing and/or coaching employees
• Prior account management experience
• Extensive computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). Salesforce experience is a plus!
• A “thinker!” Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate etiquette through all forms of communication to represent the non-profit organizations with the highest level of professionalism
• Meticulous recordkeeping and attention to details
• Self-motivated - Ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage own work with little supervision

This is a salaried full-time (i.e. 40 hours/week) position (exempt). Local candidates strongly preferred, however will consider a remote/work-from-home position for the right Rockstar!
