NP Nurse Practitioner Acute & Chronic Care Senior Patients Job at Medicalink Recruiters
The nurse practitioner will have expertise and experience in acute and chronic management of senior patients.
The position will require travel between multiple residential and long term care facilities.
This position is a hybrid of acute and chronic care management wherein the NP will develop his/her own practice within our organization.
The nurse practitioner is an independently licensed profession, functioning within the scope of his/her license, and in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, must have successfully completed an approved nurse practitioner program.

Must have a current license to practice as an ARNP in the State of New Hampshire,
must have a current DEA number,
and must be insurable through our professional liability insurance coverage.

Experience: Prefer five years in clinical or practice setting.
