About the Hospital/Health System/Department:
- Progressive and growing 400+ bed trauma center
- Position will manage a busy, growing 20+ bed mixed ICU with a team of 80 FTE's including a team of Assistant Nurse Managers, and Educator
- Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing

Nurse Manager ICU Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- RN Active License
- At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in the acute care hospital setting (Assistant Nurse Manager / Supervisors will be considered)
- Visible and approachable leader
- Able to work collaboratively across all levels
