- Part-Time - Monday-Friday - 4 hours a day

Responsibilities:
Clinical
- Functions independently to perform a broad range of services including, but not limited to the following:
- Patient assessment
- Diagnosing and treating health conditions
- Prescribe medications appropriately
- Patient education
- Provide patient centered clinical care in a telemedicine setting
- Knowledge of current clinical practices and standards
- Document encounters appropriately in EMR system
- Maintain current knowledge of medical procedures and treatment, including participating in professional development activities and maintaining professional affiliations.
Teamwork
- Ability to work effectively with other team members including
- Clinical Staff
- Physicians
- Management
- Outside Business Partners
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and patient family members
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information, following strict security and HIPAA regulations
Education/Training:
- Must have excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office, and EMR
- Must be a graduate of an Accredited Master/Doctoral Degree Program in Nurse Practitioner Studies for NPs.
- Must possess current APRN Texas license
- Valid CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience; orthopedic preferred

- Experience in out-patient orthopedic setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to different personalities and needs.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Able to function independently, autonomously, and confidently.
- Experience with basic desktop software, medical practice management, and electronic medical record systems
