We are seeking a Nurse Recruiter to join our Nurse Recruitment Team at Lifespan. In this position, you will provide full-cycle recruitment services that ensure the attraction and selection of qualified Registered Nurses along with certain Clinical leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the recruitment process, including reviewing and disseminating candidates via our applicant tracking system, identifying best fit candidates via a screening process, coordinating interview logistics and following-up with the hiring manager to extend offers of employment

· Develop and implement innovative nurse recruitment strategies and networking activities while acting as a liaison with managers and directors

· Manage a fluctuating requisition volume

· Inform applicants of employment policies and procedures, benefits and PTO information and ensure a successful hand-off to onboarding staff

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

· 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, 5+ years preferred

· Experience in Healthcare and/or Nursing Recruitment preferred
