Our group is seeking a talented Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants for our growing post-acute care/nursing home practice in the greater Nashua areas. Family Medicine/Geriatric Medicine/Nurse Home experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independant

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
