Occupational Therapist

This position will service the Fort Worth Transitional Care Center and Cityview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center facilities.

Overview

The Occupational Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, treat, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. The Occupational Therapist will communicate with facility staff and provide support to the facility through training and in-services as needed.

Education and Licensing Requirements

The Therapist must maintain an active Texas state license for Occupational Therapy.

Preferred experience in skilled nursing.
