Occupational Therapist (OT) Job at HumanEdge Allied Health
Seeking Home Health Occupational Therapist for a lucrative full-time contract. Local and travel OTs are welcome to apply. The ideal Occupational Therapist for this assignment will have recent home health experience, is proficient with HomeCare HomeBase EMR, has excellent communication and clinical skills and thrives in an ever-changing environment.
- Location: Muncie, IN
- Contract Details: 13-weeks
- Productivity: 30 units for 40 hours
- EMR System: HomeCare HomeBase
- Provide initial and ongoing assessment to determine level of functioning, including OASIS Assessment
- Develop, revise and implement the OT plan of care
- Develop and implement therapies to develop and enhance daily living skills and motor functions
- Patient and family education
- Electronic documentation using Homecare HomeBase
- Work closely with other providers
- Attending meetings as needed
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university program
- Occupational Therapist Licensure in the state where services will be rendered
- 1+ year of experience in home health
- 1+ year of experience with OASIS
- 1+ year of experience in electronic charting - experience with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- BLS
All HumanEdge compensation packages are custom made to meet your goals and needs, and will vary for each individual. Packages for contract Therapists typically range from $1600 - $2000 or more per week. Travel stipends are available for those who qualify.
