Larry Bair Excavating Inc is looking for an Office Accounting Assistant with preferred experience in the construction field. Job duties would include:
Answering Phones, Greeting Customers, Data Entry, Accounts Payable, General accounting Importing Payroll through an electronic app, Setting up jobs, Keep files current and in compliance.
Prefer experience in construction work , Bookkeeping, payroll, proficient Microsoft Word and Excel. ComputerEase / Deltek software knowledge is a plus. Dot & IFTA document and record keeping is a plus.
Location: Daily Reporting M-F would be our office that is located +- south of Overland Park, KS off Rt 69 ON 247TH ST NEAR THE STATE LINE BUT NORTH OF LOUISBURG,KS.
Compensation: Pay would be based on experience and knowledge of needed tasks. .Insurance is available after a short waiting period for full time employees.
