Aspen Grove Landscape Company Inc located in Millersville, MD is seeking an Office Manager/Administrator to oversee all internal operations for a fast-paced, professional company.
All candidates will have proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks
Able to learn industry specific software, Aspire.
Outstanding communication, grammar, and interpersonal abilities
Self-managed/self-starter, able to work without constant supervision.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to identify and resolve issues.
High school diploma: BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
This is a full-time position, but time may be flexible for the right person, will need at least 30 hours
per week.
Daily activities will include, but are not limited to:
CRM, follow up & quality control, phone/email routing, materials ordering. Data management, software systems management & development, equipment & inventory management, proposal & contract development. Employee management, payroll for 30+ employees, professional license & certification management, employee benefit development
This is a Key Company Position, candidates will adhere to company policies, will want to make a difference, be trustworthy, take pride in their work & take responsibility for their actions.
Pay Rate of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
