Our company of incredible dedicated professionals that provide the above services is looking for a new Manager of Administrative Services to join our team! This position requires someone who is capable of performing a variety of administrative tasks including payroll and HR and collaborating effectively with team members. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, the ability to work independently and excellent communication skills. Background requirements are Human Resources and Payroll. Experience with ABA and/or health insurance is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training, and supervision of administrative staff.
  • Research issues and problems to develop workable solutions.
  • Administration of Human Resources, onboarding of new hires
  • Process Payroll and administer insurance and 401k benefits
  • Credentialing of new BCBA's with contracted insurance companies
  • Lead monthly Administrative meetings with Clinical team
  • Assist with annual reports, insurance renewals and Open Enrollment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,500.00 per year
