Title: Office Assistant
Opening: MC Department of Permitting administrative/ customer service professional to join our team.
Duties:
- Process fee payments in INFOR (if applicable); now assist Customers with Fee Payments on the Kiosk in lobby
- Print Permits for Incoming Customers (if applicable)
- Mail Log in-coming mail and Customer drop-offs into INFOR
- File Performance Bonds in Land Development file area for SC & ROW Permits
- Process in Customer Management virtual payments submitted by PT’s
- Compile payment receipts in numerical order for next day pick up by Accounting Staff
- Lock up all business day payment receipts in file drawer for next day pick up
- Make sure all printers are turned on in AM and loaded with paper
- Secure office and put all trash cans outside for cleaning crew to empty
- Must be able to support work hours between 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
