Hourly Range: $15.14-$18.01

Job Description
Responsible for shipments to Saudi Arabia from the time the order is placed until arrival at destination. This includes scheduling orders with Production Services,
booking orders with Traffic when necessary, giving proper instructions to U.S.D.A., State
Plant Board, freight forwarders and/or customers when required and preparing documents.
and payment instructions for customers as required by market area.
MARS
Job Duties
1. Working directly with buyers discussing problems and logistical situations.
2. Assist in collections.
3. Process deductions and check/wire transfer requests through the marketing system.
4. Serve as back up to other clerical jobs in department as assigned.
5. AARQ Quarterly Reporting & Filing
6. Responsible for monthly audit of FGIS account (including all except Stuttgart)
7. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervision.
8. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Typing, calculator, fax machine, personal computer, and other general.
