We are a small company located in Villa Park, IL looking for seasonal help in our office. This position provides flexible hours and a small, quiet office environment. The ideal candidate should have:

  • previous office and/or secretarial experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Mac computers
  • the ability to learn quickly and independently as well as multitask
  • a positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Duties include:

  • Answering phones, checking voicemail, and returning calls
  • Entering data on Quickbooks
  • Checking and responding to emails
  • Inputting schedule into Microsoft Excel
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Balancing credit card statements
  • Sending certificates of insurance to customers
  • Submitting JULIE dig request forms
  • Filing and organizing company paperwork
  • Updating social media pages and company website
  • Placing orders for arborist supplies and office supplies
  • Advertising in various publications
