Office Manager Job at Applied Technologies & Resources, Inc
We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Accounts payable/receivable and data entry
- Payroll including payroll taxes (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Working with accountants for other taxes
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Fast efficient texting, email and phone correspondence with employees, vendors and customers
- Issuing PO’s to vendors
- Organizing shipping & receiving
- Generate, distribute, maintain and file all business records, reports, files and other documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- QuickBooks experience
This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
We design and build custom secondary assembly equipment. We are an established manufacturing company in the Lapeer area and are looking for focused, independent individuals to work in a team environment. We offer competitive compensation based upon experience along with health benefits, holiday and vacation pay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
