We are hiring an Office Manager for a Direct Hire role in Lake Orion, MI!
Details:
- Direct Hire
- Salary of $60k - $100k DOE
- Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Very light accounting
- HR related issues, create HR system for future employees.
- Help with sales support areas by analyzing and creating sales data. Using the Ifs program for sales leads. Using different tools to bring new customers.
- Organizing the office and president’s needs.
- Managing, phone system, e-mail system and web site.
- Manage inventory for machines and spare parts. Logistics, ordering, etc..
- Answer phones, greet visitors, schedule travel arrangements.
- Assist Service Techs by routing incoming calls and scheduling service visits.
- Manage inventory tracking and communication to team
- Assist with special projects as assigned by President. Create and analyze reports
- Organize events and arrange catering, as needed
- Help with expo preparations
Requirements:
- College Degree in a related discipline
- Experience with office management
- Understanding of QuickBooks and Microsoft
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter
