IMPERIAL CAREGIVERS LLC Paramus, NJ

$21.39 - $22.64 an hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9 am- 5pm

Job Description:

- Ensures staff compliance with company policies.

Supports the HR Administrator and care coordinator

- Assists when necessary in answering phones, schedule meetings, and manages incoming/outgoing mail.

- Participates and assists with community activities, i.e., job fairs, conventions, and health fairs.

-Orients caregivers and maintains current caregiver files in accordance with policies and procedures.

-Visits prospective clients/clients after referrals

-Supervises caregivers and completes performance appraisals for caregivers at specified intervals.

-Participates in agency On-Call

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree (prefered)

-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

-Knowledge of relevant software AxisCare (plus)

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.39 - $22.64 per hour
