Position Title: Office Manager
Department: Operation
Reports To: Director of Operations
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for all front office and lobby functions.
Salary Range
$24 - $31.50 Hour DOE

HOURS
8 per Day / 5 Days per Week
CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
- Assigns and distributes pagers.
- Assigns and manages communications/phone systems.
- Covers phones, reception and purchasing, when needed.
- Takes daily “Mail Drop”, when necessary.
- Provides event-specific decorating of facility.
- Supervises emergency communications during emergencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Director and/or Administration.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or G.E.D. One (1) continuous year of management in an institution, hospital, mental health, and/or chemical dependency setting.
