Downtown Baltimore Law Firm Seeks Entry Level Bookkeeper / Assistant Office Manager

Ledyard Law is a growing personal injury law firm that is looking for an Bookkeeper/Assistant Office Manager to work side by side with owner to manage and run daily operations. This position is inherently self-starting and independent by nature, effectively running the business side of the law firm. This person will help to optimize the business and create a fully paperless and digital law firm. A good fit for this position is someone who is eager to organize and run critical areas of business operations and to grow by developing a diverse skillset.

Job Requirements:

· Experience utilizing QuickBooks Online

· Accounts payable/receivable duties

· Clear and professional communication skills

· Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors

· Ordering supplies for the office

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

· Managing of all technology, computers, software, and IT

· Has working familiarity with case management systems

· Organizing standard operating procedures

· Conducting hiring process

· Capable of taking on miscellaneous office projects

· Types minimum 60 words per minute

· Working familiar with social media/digital marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
