Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Country’s Largest Pool Builder is looking for A TOP LEVEL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR! Premier Pools & Spas, the Nation's largest, privately owned and fastest-growing swimming pool builder has an amazing opportunity for an Administrator to help develop a new territory!

This position will keep all the wheels in motion in this high growth environment and be responsible for the schedule and coordination of all jobs under construction. Job is located in Richmond, VA.

  • Organize, implement, and maintain scheduling management system
  • Communicate with all subcontractors on expected timelines for project
  • Prepare all plans to be submitted and obtain permits from local permitting agencies
  • Assist Territory Manager with running of construction meetings
  • Analyze and evaluate construction timelines and performance inefficiencies and make suggestions based on identifying problem areas
  • Log all new job information into database daily
  • Provide scheduled reports, ie Project Schedule Summary, Sold Not Dug, etc
  • Interact with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments
  • Design and develop a project schedule based on job types
  • Interact with sales force and job managers to identify variances from original plan
  • Work with accounting manager to keep the draw schedules up to date
  • Work with accounting manager to manage and track job costs and estimates in Premier Build software
  • Order product as directed and manage inventory
  • Interact with customers, managers, operation leaders, accountant
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 3 or more years’ administrative experience
  • Construction experience, highly preferred
  • Efficient with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with QuickBooks and SharePoint, preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English/Spanish bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • May be required to lift or carry up to 30lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Administation: 3 years (Required)
  • Construction Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
  • QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
