Job Description:
At Regions, the Office of Customer Satisfaction Specialist at this level researches and resolves customer complaints submitted through and about the Regions Contact Center by incoming mail, e-mail, faxes, calls and social media. This position reviews all corporate wide complaints submitted through the Centralized Customer Complaint Program.

Primary Responsibilities
Researches, resolves, and responds to customer complaints sent through regulatory agencies, external entities, and Regions Executive offices
Works with primary owners to research and respond to customers and regulatory agencies within the required timeframe
Provides guidance on resolutions to complaints

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements
High School Diploma and three (3) years of experience in banking with a concentration in customer service, contact center, branch, audit, compliance, or regulatory functions

Ability to learn additional systems as needed
Ability to research and summarize facts
Ability to work with limited supervision
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position.

Job Range Target:
Minimum: $39,298.05 USD
Median: $50,020.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
