SPS Consulting seeks enthusiastic and organized Customer Service/Communications Agent to support our government customer in the Montgomery County area. These
Responsibilities Include:
- Process fee payments in INFOR (if applicable); now assist Customers with Fee Payments on the Kiosk in lobby.
- Print Permits for Incoming Customers (if applicable).
- Mail Log in-coming mail and Customer drop-offs into INFOR.
- File Performance Bonds in Land Development file area for SC & ROW Permits.
- Process in Customer Management virtual payments submitted by PT’s.
- Compile payment receipts in numerical order for next day pick up by Accounting Staff.
- Lock up all business day payment receipts in file drawer for next day pick up.
- Make sure all printers are turned on in AM and loaded with paper.
- Secure office and put all trash cans outside for cleaning crew to empty.
Requirements:
- At least one year of responsible clerical experience and/or training are required, including some experience or training with assignment-specific computer software/programs/systems.
- A resourceful and independent worker capable of self-managing their time and tasks.
- Possess a friendly and courteous demeanor and is able to work with witnesses and customers.
