We are iTrip Vacations, we're a locally owned and operated short term vacation rental property management company. We have around 30 homes (and quickly growing) between Sandy and Government Camp.
We constantly have general maintenance issues that need addressed in these homes and need a few LOCAL people we can call upon to send to the homes to handle these tasks. We do expect that you have your own basic tools, however if specific supplies need purchased to complete a task then reimbursement for those items in addition to $30/hr pay rate is of course provided.
We are specifically looking for local people so that trips to these homes isn't too inconvenient and so that if any of these calls are emergent needs - that we can get someone there quickly!
If you live between Boring and Government Camp and have enough free time or flexibility in your schedule that you feel you'd be a great candidate then we'd love to hear from you!
