When I am Shopping:
- I pick customer orders on the salesfloor as efficiently as possible.
- I follow cold chain processes.
- I make substitutions that are the best for my customers.
- I provide customer service while personal shopping.
- I use the Walmart Store app to assist customers.
- I hand off full pick carts to our staging associates to process.
- I follow compliance standards when picking, staging, and dispensing to provide a safe experience for our customers.
- When I am Dispensing:
- I dispense orders to our customers as they arrive.
- I dispense orders to delivery drivers as if they were the customer.
- I assist the staging associate with staging processes, as necessary.
- I follow Compliance prompts while dispensing to the customer.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
