Great Southern Homes is currently seeking an Online Sales Consultant (OSC) to join a fast-growing and financially-successful homebuilder who has risen to be the 45th largest homebuilder in the nation. Sales and expansion are expected to continue at a fast pace. A major reason for our growth is our commitment to digital marketing and sales and we are seeking a professional to join this high-energy team.

The position responds, qualifies, and manages online lead information requests. The individual will report directly to the VP of Sales in Irmo, SC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate response to online leads for the Company.
  • Provide immediate live chat response (based upon agreed live chat session hours).
  • Add new online leads into designated CRM and cultivate information until the lead is ready to be handed off to a Company Sales Agent.
  • Responsible for devising and implementing a targeted follow-up process via the CRM system for all online leads consistent with buyers’ specific needs.
  • Follow-up with each online lead until an appointment is set to meet with a Company Sales Agent. Perform appropriate follow-up as needed.
  • Routinely track and report on conversion statistics (leads/converted, appointments set, appointments kept, appointments/sales).
  • Maintain current knowledge of all communities.
  • Participate in sales meetings.
  • Fulfill marketing collateral requested by online leads.
  • Maintain a dedicated phone number and voicemail for online leads.
  • Perform and maintain competitive web market research.
  • Assist in maintaining information on the company website.
  • Work hours are a combination of in-office time and commitment and flexible hours off-site as the OSC needs to be able to work on-line when our customers are on-line seeking information.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Compensation

Compensation for the Online Sales Consultant role is a combination of base salary and commission. Base salary will fall within the range of $36,000 - $40,000 and total compensation will range anywhere from $36,000 - $90,000 annually.
