Open Call Job at Fiola Mare
To prepare for the upcoming season, Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants, by Michelin starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi is now accepting applications and conducting interviews for ALL positions at Fiola Mare.
The open call will be conducted at Fiola Mare on Monday February 6th.Walk-In Interviews will be conducted from 12 PM - 4 PM !
Fiola Mare is located a 3100 K Street NW, Washington, DC
Qualifications:
- For all FOH openings, a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience in an upscale restaurant required (strong guest service skills may be considered for select positions)
- For all BOH (Line, Pastry, and Prep Cook openings), a minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience in an upscale restaurant required
