Summary

The Administrator, Operations Administration position will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the overall success of the MI W/H Operations Teams' logistics and supply chain operations. The main duties will include managing daily supply chain activities, processing AR/AP transactions, conducting research, and providing Management support for business development opportunities.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage Daily Supply Chain Activities
    • Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound transportation
    • Oversee warehouse operations, including trouble shooting any issues
    • Ensure on-time shipping and maintain safety inventory levels
    • Coordinate with customer, vendor, and other departments to ensure quality services
  • Process Account Transactions
    • Conduct revenue and cost analysis
    • Perform monthly A/R and A/P closing
    • Support yearly business planning
  • New Business Development
    • Compile pricing of logistics services and cost with interdepartmental efforts
    • Research new business areas, new customers, and new partners
    • Support Manager to develop new business opportunities
  • Other Duties as Assigned
    • Assist and support management and internal teams as requested

Skills

  • Proficient level skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Experience using TMS, WMS, and SAP preferred
  • Ability to recognize critical issues that require management involvement
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency of both English and Korean is highly preferred

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 - 5 year(s) of experience in fast-paced, professional, business environment
  • Experience in Accounting, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Management preferred
  • 1 - 3 year(s) of supervisory experience preferred

  • Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
  • Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
