Evergreen Cleaning Co. is seeking another full-time (32 hours/wk) Operations Assistant to support our 2nd shift field service teams (2pm - 10pm). This role serves as a member of the operations management team, reporting directly to the operations manager, with excellent opportunity for career growth. The following are the main aspects of the position...

Quality Checks (20%): Routine quality checks of client property during and after service ensure that our teams are cleaning per the assigned schedule. Serve as an additional team member to manage personnel and provide extra cleaning support.

Supply Logistics (10%): Check and coordinate cleaning supply and equipment stock for service teams.

Training/Retraining (20%): Learning and training/re-training for onboarding new clients and staff is essential to maintain service growth.

Shift Coverage (30%): Intermittently provide staffing coverage for scheduled and unscheduled call-offs.

Admin (20%): Office time coordinating schedules, troubleshooting projects, employee relations, and a whole lot of misc.
