An ideal candidate for the Operations Associate position would be dependable with the ability to create relationships with customers by offering exceptional customer service. Being able to problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment is essential. All-Phase Electric Supply emphasizes the importance of integrity and being a team player.

As an Operations Associate your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage inventory levels.
• Remove damaged, defective, incorrect, and non-stock merchandise from inventory.
• Analyze inventory reports regarding stock status, inventory turns, ratios, write-downs, and overstock situations, and make decisions on how to improve these areas.
• Attend vendor meetings to analyze and determine who to purchase from.
• Create relationships with customers and vendors.
• Keep a record of vendor price increases to maximize purchasing power.
• Be willing to assist in any other tasks that may need to be done to maintain optimal customer service.
