Operations Associate Job at Forum Communications Company
Modulist, a cutting-edge media services company which is a division of Forum Communications Co., is hiring a full-time Operations Associate to join our customer success team. Come be a part of a new media company that is transforming paid content for local media nationwide. As part of the team you will manage specialty content accounts, including coordination of production, proofing, editing of content and meeting deadlines.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Representing publications, submitters, and the Modulist brand.
- Empowering customers to utilize our online portal.
- Developing positive relationships with users and publication partners.
- Engaging in special projects that grow company success.
- Assist in the copy editing of content for paid content clients.
- Assist with processing of paid obituaries/death notices and other forms of paid content.
- Proofreading and editing in accordance with company policies.
- Processing user-generated content.
- Communicating with production teams to facilitate publication.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in proofreading and editing required.
- Multimedia experience desired.
- Excellent grammar, spelling and typing skills are a must.
- Basic knowledge of computers and various programs.
- Must be able to multitask, juggling many different projects for a fast-paced multimedia environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
