Operations, Communications & Program Manager
Reporting to the CEO, the Operations, Communications and Program Manager (COP) is a full-time position responsible for high-level execution of daily tasks that drive the progress of the organization and its work.

Project Management & Organizational Support
● Create a project management system and track all tasks, updating several times throughout the week.
● Work with product development team to establish project timelines and completion expectations.
● Implement organizational best practices.
Operations
● Meeting support - notes and follow-up (in addition to board and advisory committee)
● Manage special projects as needed (i.e. hiring a vendor to do research on influencers)
● These duties can expand with the role and the company’s growth.
Fundraising Management
● Identify and input potential investors into the database
● Develop best practices for initiation contact
● Initiate contact, and follow up
● Donor moves and list management.
● Generate personalized thank you letters/notes
● Contact specific updates about our progress
● Work with the team to generate fundraising marketing materials(decks, charts, demo, videos, etc.)
Communications Support
● Write and capture company updates and collaborate with marketing team to distribute via appropriate channels, such as social media, email communication, website content. (No coding or design skills required)
● Launch/event support and future event management including: invitations, catering and other event logistics, event fundraising, including collaboration with marketing.
● Merchandise and inventory management, including swag, office supplies, etc.
Board of Directors/Advisors
● Work with team to identify potential advisors
● Board and advisory meeting management: meeting logistics, minutes and follow ups, etc.
Compensation
$50,000 per year, with a formal review after 90-days, at which time an agreement will be created for the remaining 9 months and reviewed for renewal each year. Position is “at will” and any benefits offered (health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off) will be made available after the 90-day interim period.

1 or 2 weeks off

Specific Requirements Must Have:
● BS, BA or equivalent experience.
● Technical fluency, defined as an ability to master or quickly learn Google
applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), Mail Chimp, Quickbooks Online
● Strong project management skills, including an ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes.
● Exceptional attention to detail.
● Unflappable under stress.
● Ability to work nights and weekends (not that this will always be required, but you must have the ability and willingness to be responsive).
● Personal qualities of integrity, reliability, and a commitment to and passion for our mission.
● Ability to work autonomously but collaboratively.
● The desire to take initiative, and an innate curiosity that leads one to figure things out.
● The judgment to know what is appropriate to to communicate for our organization
Should Have
● The wisdom and confidence to say, “I don’t know” or “I need help.”
● Experience with fundraising and marketing databases
● A commitment to transparency
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Database management expertise sufficient enough to pull reports, input, import and export data as needed.
● Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
