Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Scale: $20.00-24.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

For our Operations/HR Assistant position, we seek an energetic, team-oriented professional who is proactive, works well in a people-intensive business, and can take on multiple roles and responsibilities. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

  • Assist with recruitment and employee life cycle processes
  • Communicate with external vendors, including bookkeeping, accounting, legal, IT, HR, etc. to answer questions, resolve issues, and/or renew accounts
  • Review and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Coordinate and schedule on-line interviews, meetings and appointments across departments using MS Teams
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence
  • Handle incoming mail including sorting, filing and distribution
  • Attend and participate in company meetings
  • Assist with planning and organization of company events
  • Perform other related duties to support the team as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • BA/BS degree highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and computation
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Interest in general business, M&A and/or Private Equity is preferred
  • Enjoys working on a team as well as independently
  • A polished and positive demeanor to interact and represent the company with internal professionals and external clients
