Reports to Operations Director and General Manager.

A great career-building position, this full-time Operations Manager will be responsible for varied, diverse management duties involving the operations of TCCPOA as it relates to recreation and Member programs. These programs will include year-round Member activities and amenity areas, in-Season program planning and marketing, social media platforms, and website management, with related duties performed as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Planning and conducting the Seasonal and out-of-Season Recreation and Amenities Programs including activities planning, staffing, scheduling, execution and/or supervision while staying within budget.

2. Managing the wristband and guest packages program.

3. Development and distribution of the Annual Community Guide.

4. Assisting the Operations Director and team with planning for and conducting all Member and guest services programs.

5. Planning and executing other suggested support activities for guests to ensure that TCC is regarded as a premier resort community destination.

6. Planning and conducting the promotion of TCC programs and activities with rental companies.

7. Planning and conducting both new and existing activities that generate positive revenue for TCCPOA.

8. Managing the retail sales of apparel, mementos, snack foods, drinks, etc. for purposes of increasing sales at amenity locations.

9. Greeting guests and assisting with orientation to The Currituck Club programs and amenities.

10. Preparation of flyers for Community distribution.

11. Providing general support to TCCPOA’s GM with phone support, generating reports, data entry, mailings, and special projects.

12. Working with financial services on processing new property owners.
Updating and maintaining the MailChimp and SignNow databases.

13. Providing support for teleconferencing and video conferencing through Zoom or other program providers.

14. Website support (updates to documents, news, calendar events, format, content, etc.)

15. Ordering, stocking of TCC retail merchandise including the online store, its inventory and ordering/sales functions and providing recommendations on stocking and sales to the Operations Director

16. Managing the DoorKing database and other security related software.

17. Provide support to the Security team with coordination, reporting, and process recommendations.

18. Coordinate with Financial Services on payroll timekeeping, owner contact information, and mailings.

19. Overseeing the Office 365 software for best implementation recommendations and instruction to other team members.

20. Train summer staff on TCC procedures for wristband program, amenities areas, activities, front desk concierge, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
