RAKA Rentals is looking for Operations Manager to support the branch in creating a remarkable customer and employee experience. This extremely important position will work closely with the Branch Manager to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty strategies in order to facilitate customer growth. This includes managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Logistics to best serve RAKA Rentals loyal and growing customer base

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES *:
- Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve operational objectives
- Support the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies
- Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives
- Responsible for performance management of direct staff including Inside Sales Reps, Logistics, and other staff as applicable
- Direct various staff members in the performance of their store related positions. Develop, evaluate, and motivate staff
- Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance, accountability, and communication
- Sales and Customer Service
- Other duties assigned as needed
