R.J. Corman Railroad Company has an opening at our Headquarters in Nicholasville, KY for an Operations Service & Support Representative. This position will require the individual to maintain communication between customers, train crews, and management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor dedicated email boxes and respond to customer needs
• Direct call from customer line to appropriate department
• Load, unload, and interchange cars using RMI software
• Enter daily conductor reports into RMI
• Monitor and verify all inbound shipments
• Monitor storage cars and coordinate arrivals & departures with train crew
• Verify new storage customers have contract
• Maintain inventory and order empty cars for customers
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Dedication to customer service
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and file maintenance
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Experience with RMI software preferred
• Knowledge of railroad operation preferred
