Job Summary:
The primary role of Associate, Global Operations is to support our fleet of clubs through programs and standards developed at our head office. This role will support the communications and daily operations functions of the Global Operations Team and will help lead initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and field support.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning
  • New initiatives to be implemented to our fleet of clubs that includes planning, communication, and follow up

Program Management
  • Manage programs/systems with direct ties to the field that exist on different platforms acting as the primary administrator for each, eg. Vehicle fleet management, supply procurement, POS systems, etc.

Communication
  • Responsible for developing social presence and outward communication for Taymax through LinkedIn
  • Manage Global Club Communications inbox which funnels all inquiries to and from the fleet of clubs
  • Taymax Home page management for announcements, reporting, and employee engagement
  • In office communication on digital screens for information and engagement
  • Formatting and proofreading of guidelines and documentation sent out to field

Team Member Engagement
  • In office onboarding for new hires to create optimal experience for those joining the company
  • Holiday gift giving to field
  • Partner to create recognition programs for field

Partnerships
  • Finance – field payment and reimbursement programs
  • HR – recognition and engagement programs
  • Marketing – Local grassroots events
  • IT – Field facing IT initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Elevated communication skills with established style to fit the dynamic and voice of Taymax
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, Excel and SharePoint; and ability to learn new platforms easily
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and differing priorities in a constantly changing and demanding environment using excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and scheduling skills
  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Back-office operations and/or field experience required
  • Presentation skills required
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work across departments and represent the perspective of the field
  • Ability to form strategies and be able to react to changing business needs
