Ops Manager Job at CrossCountry Freight Solutions
CrossCountry Freight Solutions is hiring an Operations Supervisor. We are looking for a qualified applicant who will supervisor drivers and freight handlers, oversee the loading and unloading of freight, and ensure company policies/procedures are being implemented.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:30pm-9:30am (hours may vary)
Pay: $50,000/yr - $60,000/yr (Depends on Experience, Knowledge of the Transportation Industry) + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

What you can expect a typical day to look like:
- Supervisor employees on designated shift, overseeing the hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions
- Conducts weekly and/or daily meetings with shift personnel to discuss updates and address any issues
- Coordinate with personnel to maintain and repair company vehicles
- Work with customers to resolve freight issues
What you will need to succeed on the job:
- Two years supervisory and transportation experience required
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, logistics, math, and communication skills
- Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
