Responsible for the diagnosing, managing, and treating conditions and diseases of the human eye and visual system, diagnose problems or impairments, prescribe corrective lenses, and provide treatment for patients of the Fallon Tribal Health Center (FTHC). Interested individual may apply based on the following two hiring categories:
- EMPLOYEE STATUS. Available as an employee (part-time, 32 hours/week) which is eligible for sign-on/retention bonuses and relocation expenses. Individuals must submit a employment application through the Tribe available online at www.fpst.org or by calling Human Resources at 775-423-6075.
- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. Available also as a contract position (3 days a week) but not eligible for sign-on and retention bonuses or relocation expenses. Salary level listed is not applicable to contract position and a different rate may be proposed in a proposal submitted to the Health Center. Contractors may contact the Health Center at 775-423-3634 to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for this opportunity.

Pay: $59.58 - $71.14 per hour
