Order Entry Clerk for Sales Support Department Job at Iberia Foods, Corp.
Job description
Iberia Foods, a Food & Beverage Distributor, is looking to fill the role of an Order Entry Clerk in our Sales Support Department. MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
Main duties, include, but not limited to:
- Order Entry: Including orders for pick up, special Orders for National Chains, and other customers.
- Contact Brokers and Sales Rep to rectify any errors on orders.
- Assist Customers and Sales Rep regarding Orders: Including shipping date changes, short-shipped items, invoice errors, products inventory, and any other inquires that come up.
- Notify Warehouse of the Pick-up Orders.
- Microsoft office experience preferred.
- Working directly with sales brokers
