Hours will vary between 9am to 2pm and 2pm to 7pm. Weekend availability needed as well. 40 hours a week!

Blue Harlan is a recruitment partner to this team oriented, fast-paced, energetic company in the luxury colored gemstone jewelry industry. You will work to enter items sold into our system with attention to detail before items are routed to the quality control department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales by filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Monitor product statistics I.E. carat weight, origin, density, for accurate sales team
• With great attention to detail, process and package real time sales to ensure the merchandise is received in quality and mint condition
• Secure proper post-sales logging and payments by the end of each show
• Safe guard financial reports to be signed and controlled by Executive Management personnel
• All duties expected to be completed in efficient and timely manner of thirty minutes after each show or before departure for the day

Requirements

• High school diploma desired, great entry level position
• Ability to multi-task assigned job functions
• Computer literacy, basic typing skills and ability to learn software application
• Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
• Sales and Customer Service experience preferred
• Rapid response to client calls/offers during auction
• High attention competency is required
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
