Stock Room Order Fulfillment

Position Description

The primary duties of Fulfillment personnel include but is not limited to reviewing, retrieving, packing and shipping customer orders. Fulfillment personnel are responsible for product quality, packaging, and labeling accuracy.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

· Process incoming and outgoing shipments of components.

· Ensure accurate fulfillment and secure packaging of all outgoing shipments

· Stock is neat an organized per groups 5s standards

· Maintain kit levels to avoid stockouts

· Maintain an organized, clean and efficient work cell by using and following all 5S procedures.

· Ensure that work instructions are followed precisely.

· Proper processing of orders per the defined processes to ensure proper inventory management

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

This position requires the following essential knowledge, skills and abilities in order to satisfactorily fulfill the Mechanical Rebuild Core Technician role:

· Ability to organize the work area in a systematic and orderly fashion.

· Competent in a Microsoft Office environment

· Detailed oriented using fine visual skills.

· Well-organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.

· The ability work in a fast-paced environment for an extended period.

· Other duties as assigned to support other group functions

Education and Experience

· Positive attitude; self-motivated.

· Previous experience in a fast-paced fulfillment warehouse

· Reliable and well-disciplined; ability to work well with others and follow instructions.

Physical Demands

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. This is primarily a standing/walking position for up to 8 hours per day in a manufacturing factory environment. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds both overhead and at waist level. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms and hands, climb stairs, and bend to the floor. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Work Environment

Exposure to intermediate/loud noise is expected when working in the manufacturing environment. The work environment is climate controlled.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.15 per hour

• Monroe, NC 28110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
