You are responsible for

  • Acting as a liaison between the Factory (globally) and internal Philips customers within assigned regions and Market Order Managers.
  • Confirming delivery dates of orders to internal customers in alignment with supply planning.
  • Managing and reporting on Past due orders and reschedules as needed.
  • Proactively and efficiently managing the order backlog for assigned Key Markets.
  • Analyzing system configurations, triggering changes and process upgrades on orders, and working with international Key Markets on order related issues.
  • Accepting and validating sales order by validating relevant information.
  • Managing DEFOA claims, RMA process, and regulatory holds.
  • Effectively setting priorities in order to meet commitments and established departmental goals, escalating issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Your work must comply with Quality Standards, Philips standards of business conduct, ensuring established processes are followed.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Education: Minimum of a High School/GED Diploma or Vocational education and specialized training or equivalent business experience in a regulated environment.

  • Relevant Work Experience:
    • 3 years of experience in SAP
    • 1-3 years factory order management in a medical device setting
