Resource Innovations is seeking a Data Management Specialist to join our growing team in Collinsville, CT. As a Data Management Specialist with Resource Innovations, you will use your data management skills to ensure correct and timely delivery of energy efficient products to our customers and assist with our growing e-commerce operations, ensuring all orders are managed through their complete lifecycle. Additionally, you will manage order flow from receipt to fulfillment to ensure both customer expectations and company targets are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Always maintains customer confidentiality in accordance with established client policies and procedures.
• Responsible for daily order maintenance and allocation process.
• Order management from receipt through final shipment.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure all orders are being processed and fulfilled.
• Maintaining current and accurate information in all databases.
• Assist with weekly and monthly processes such as invoicing.
• Producing documents for the warehouse and office using Microsoft Excel and other applications.
• Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and address errors.
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent in Excel, Word, and all Microsoft applications.
• 1+ years’ experience using database software to manage customer information.
• 1+ years’ experience with data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus, to ensure data quality standards.
• Ability to understand and manage large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
