Job Description
Valley City Linen is rapidly expanding and is looking for an Order Fulfillment to join our team effective immediately! The Order Fulfillment would work in our garment department processing work orders to add, remove, or replace specific garments. This is a great job for someone looking to learn new skills, and trades such as embroidery!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn the variety of items processed as well as different styles of garments offered
- Learn existing computer systems and current software
- Complete new garment orders by making and pressing labels, then preparing for delivery
- Sort and organize garments returned as well as incoming garments are delivered
Qualifications
- Applicant should be organized and task oriented
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable with taking on/ learning new tasks every day
- Able to stand at work station for extended periods of time
- Able to climb a ladder to hang returned garments
- Able to lift 25-50 pounds
