Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect customer responses, enter data accurately, code calls appropriately and correctly
• Place outbound calls to existing customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow communication “scripts”
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues/concerns and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Meet standard quality and performance metrics for supported campaigns
• Engage in team building activities to help team members understand, embrace, and achieve key performance indicators (lead by example)
• Using Excel/Google sheets, prepare reports and manage data
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of call center experience
• Bilingual is a plus
• 10 key data entry
• Excel, Microsoft, Word, and Google docs experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to be highly organized and prioritize while multitasking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive and proactive outlook in life
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
• Data entry processing experience in a call center environment
• Ability to be stationed at assigned desk for 8 hours daily
• Energy efficiency or knowledge in utility field is welcome.

The compensation range for this non-exempt position is $16.50 - $17 per hour. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. This provided range may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, especially with industry experience.
