You are:

• Excellent with the interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable and experienced with selling higher ticket items
• Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success.

What you do:

• Work with the homeowner to educate and assist them on their roofing needs.
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily
